Info about SLO on IPDv4 - no final logout response

  I have this scenario:

-a Shibboleth IDPv4 
-two SP: SP_A and SP_B
(Shibbolet SP v2 with apache)

And I have access to resources protected
by both SPs with a successful SSO login. 

I start an sp initiated
logout from SP_A, with the help of SAML tracer this is what happens:

1)
SP_A sends a SAML Logout Request to the IDP
2) IDP show me an html page
based on logout.vm template and I choose to also disconnect the other
sp
3) IDP sends a SAML Logout Request to the SP_B, SP_B sends a SAML
Logout Response to the IDP (with status Success)
4) IDP shows me an html
page based on logout-propagate-vm template, with the message Attempting
to log out of the following services: 1. SP_B

I expected the idp to
send a logout response to the SP_A to conclude, but this doesn't
happen.

Is this a known issue or a problem with my deployment?
