How can Shibboleth act as IdP to Azure?

Hi,

We have a use case where instead of having separate logins for Shibboleth (which is protected by CAS taking to on-prem AD) and Azure, Shibboleth act as IdP for Azure. How can this be achieved? It would be helpful if you can point me to any documentation on this.
