Help with InCommon and National Student Clearing House

I forgot InCommon forces its own members to deploy local hacks to work
around that fact in order to have them interop with other InCommon
member SPs.
Instead of, you know, using standard SAML 2.0 Metadata elements for that.

(Maybe those serices should be registered in other federations instead
and then have the metadata fed back to InCommon with the missing
elements added. ;) Other federations may not even charge for
registration of services. ;) )
