Help with InCommon and National Student Clearing House

It can't, Peter, if it's InCommon metadata. FM doesn't yet have the ability to state requested name ID format.

FYI, David, that could be done more cleanly with a metadata-driven tag overriding the InCommon metadata in the metadata providers config.
