Issues Upgrading / Installing to Version 4

Ah sorry about that, I should have double checked what I wrote. It was
supposed to say uninstalled. I had Java 11 installed alongside the previous
version but I guess the upgrade didn't like that they were still both
present. I should have cleaned it up to start.
