View error about "can only resume paused view states" is occurring intermittently during SSO

Hi Scott,
Thanks for your thoughts on this.
I wish these errors could all be explained by the user refreshing the page.
We have one manager who has been most successful in seeing the error page, and he says that he’s seeing it on first load with no refreshes.
Could transient network problems also explain these types of errors in the absence of a refresh by the user?
Are there any specific objects whose logging we could crank up to get more detail on this type of error?
