It might be worth adding a mention of the setting change for the Windows 
version in the bundled openssl library that disables insecure legacy 
renegotiation by default, as that will probably have an operational 
impact in deployment.

Perhaps along with a link to how to explicitly enable it, once we sort 
out why that doesn't seem to be working 8-/.
