Remote User Authentication problem

Hi!

I'm having an issue with RemoteUserAuthn configuration.

I can see the message, 
"[net.shibboleth.idp.authn.impl.RemoteUserAuthServlet:281] - e1s2: User identity not found in request" in the log 
and authentication fails.

I've been able to see the value of the environment  REMOTE_USER.

I'm using Shibboleth IdP v4.2.1, jetty 10, and amazon-corretto-11.

What should I do to solve this problem?

Does anyone give me some advice?
