4.2 upgrade issues

Afternoon,
                Just an FYI for anyone keeping backup configs in the conf directory.  4.2 seems to recursively search /opt/shibboleth/conf for configs and include them vs 4.1.7 which only searches certain folders?

I'd some copies of old config files in conf/backup which are now being picked up by the install / upgrade process and included, overwriting the old ones causing strange issues.
