newbie on EDS, form shows empty select list

Rod, I appreciate your help today!

My handler did not have an explicit ‘dir’ attribute, so I added one. It now says:

<Handler type="DiscoveryFeed" Location="/DiscoFeed" dir="/var/run/shibboleth"/>

When I look in that directory, there is a …_empty.json file.

(Also, for the interim, I made my ‘defaultReturn’ look more like the example.)
