We are getting into LDAP configuration now which I know little about but you should inspect all the idp.*.LDAP.* properties - and changes you have made.

In particular I would be looking at the trust & credential config.

If you have not made any changes then you probably need to as per the documentation.

Beyond that I cannot help - perhaps people to the west of us will be able to chip in
