These still end with:

java.security.GeneralSecurityException: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
ServletContext resource [/undefined] cannot be resolved to absolute
file path - web application archive not expanded?

which I have nothing to contribute to, though. (I.e., what would ever
cause a request to that "/undefined" ressource? Or maybe
/idp/undefined assuming the default deployment context.)
