OIDC plugin issues associated modules not showing.

We were able to get output from status.sh after adding the jstl-1.2-sources.jar to /opt/shibboleth-idp/edit-webapp/WEB-INF/lib.  It does show the modules as enabled via status.sh but modules.sh -l doesn't show them.
