Additional Entity in IIS

If the first host in the requestmap has the second entity(esig) listed in the applicationId the Shib-Handler in /esig/phpinfo.php changes to /esig/Shibboleth.sso.
Once I change the first host applicationId to default, it seems to override the second host.
I must be missing something obvious here.

Then you don't have the URL(s) mapped to the intended applicationId to implement the override.

Perhaps you're using an Apache command to do it but not putting the applicationId attribute into the RequestMap for IIS. There's no command mechanism in IIS to use, it has to be done in XML.
