InCommon DNS Issues?

22 failed metadata downloads this month out of ~160 attempts (8/day) - 14% failure rate for a DNS lookup is pretty significant.

FWIW, this currently resolves fine for me (Central Europe, but also
asking some of the big names such as quad9).

A random web site also shows nothing worrysome:
