FWIW, this currently resolves fine for me (Central Europe, but also
asking some of the big names such as quad9).

A random web site also shows nothing worrysome:
https://www.nslookup.io/dns-records/md.incommon.org
At least, if you can get yourself to overlook the fact that there's
seemingly no IPv6 support for that this, in 2022 CE!
