4.1.4 RemoteUser

Thanks. So to the original question for a fresh install of 4.1.4 with Remote User, I ran the following command:
$ bin/module.sh -t idp.authn.RemoteUser || bin/module.sh -e idp.authn.RemoteUser

which generated conf/authn/remoteuser-authn-config.xml. Is that sufficient?
