Thanks, Scott. It was getURI. I didn't think to look at inherited methods. Sorry about that.
My workaround is all working now; I'll pull it out when the fixed version comes out.

Might be getURI but the method is on a base class, all of the old per-object getters were deprecated to standardize them based on the underlying XML schema type.
