EduGAIN inclusion in federation metadata aggregates

I'd advise (in future, you may not need to on this occasion) for you
and one else in a similar scenario, to please raise a call via the
email to the respective federation service desks, so that our team(s)
can investigate and advise.

There's a good chance that whatever the issue is, that it could be the
