ReloadableCASServiceRegistry - running when module not enabled IdP v4.1

HI,

Fresh install of IdP v4.1

Just to clarify for my understanding. I have the CAS module disabled [1], never enabled.

       Module: idp.profile.CAS [DISABLED]

But still seeing this in the status [2] and logs [3]
