Wrong capitalization in IDP4 resolver configuration documentation

No, see my last note. Has to be a "you're on a snapshot" thing. We wouldn't have changed it post-release, and SASLConfig is actually what we would want it to be. The type being SaslConfigType is evidence without my even checking that it was renamed pre-release and the type just got left as is.

If you just slap 4.0.1 on, it will flip.
