Wrong capitalization in IDP4 resolver configuration documentation

Re-looking, The xsd does show SAMLConfig. When I used SASLConfig I got
schema errors. I noticed in the xsd the name "SaslConfigType" and got the
idea to try the element name "<SaslConfig>" in my 4.0.1 attribute
resolver. That works. Maybe it's a 4.0.1 -> 4.1 thing.

I will check 4.0.1 but at this point what it did or didn't do is not really going to matter other than as a bug that has to be worked around. Our convention would be SASLConfig, certainly, and that's what everything I'm looking at says it is.
