Dear list,
currently I am setting up a IdP for our institution and I am struggling with the backchannel-support.
I followed the documentation here[1], but it seems somewhat incomplete.
Also I do not want to protect the HTTP-Requests with jetty - i have a dedicated SSL-reverse-proxy for that.
My question is: do i need backchannel-support? What is it used for, what clients rely on it, is it an upcoming trend to
use the soap-endpoint so that i generally want to support it...
Any hints are very appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
cheers
