Upgrade IDPv3.4.8 to 4.1.2 woes

Hi,

 in order to get a supported environment on CentOS7, we've upgraded the tomcat from 7.0 to 9.0.48. After this, the startup fails with:

Probably a no-brainer ... any pointers appreciated.
