New Attribute Defined - Restart Required?

Check your services.properties file to see how often your attribute 
resolver attempts to reload its configuration.  You can also use the 
restart-service script in bin/ to do it immediately. There should be 
messages in the idp-process.log whenever the configuration is loaded, as 
well as whether it succeeded or failed.
