We publish the issue lists so people can make those determinations (though you seem to have to login to Jira now unfortunately to properly see them, I don’t know why or how to fix that other than get to the cloud version).
If you're not affected by an issue, then no release matters at the end of the day, but eventually you're out of date, too unwilling to upgrade, and you give up. People that stay current just do it and they don't have to really think about it much.
If you're asking me if I'm going to rush this into production, no. I'll do it the next time I patch my servers and do routine maintenance that involves taking things down, which is generally every few weeks or months depending on Linux patch rate.
