Shibboleth Identity Provider V4.1.3 now available

[Reddimalli, Anusha]

Actually we are in the process of upgrading to V4.1.2. All of lower environments are in V4.1.2.
Planning to upgrade in PROD by this month end. Currently PROD is in V4.0.1.
 
Is it mandatory to upgrade to V4.1.3 for non windows or it works fine with V4.1.2?
Just wanted to know does the V4.1.3 make any difference from V4.1.2 for non-windows systems?
