Wiki issue, likely an outage/bug

We got lucky, apparently the security fix change that Atlassian made was not actually the cause of the outage and was a coincidence in timing. The actual cause seems to have been reverted, though it's very subject to browser caching of Javascript so it may take a bit of time for some clients.

We have put back the redirect rules and closed off the old system again for now.

We have started to convert some content to their new format, and that will need to accelerate, but for now we're going to focus back on Jira again as planned. You'll see some font and CSS differences with a few pages looking different because of the converting, but the content at least is back again.

Obviously this is subject to change, but as things diverge we'll eventually be stuck and won't be able to do much if something comes up. That's cloud.
