Wiki issue, likely an outage/bug

Atlassian essentially broke their platform, as I surmised, and they don't seem inclined to fix it, so we're in a serious bind right now but for the moment we have removed the redirects and restored access to the original documentation wiki at wiki.shibboleth.net, albeit in read only mode for everybody but us.

The new site will likely remain available anonymously for now but I'll get some kind of warning header added to the main spaces as best I can this morning.

I have bug reports open and some other threads to pull from what they have admitted to, but all the evidence suggests that the trigger for the macro bug is likely something too pervasive for us to fix quickly so I don't think the resolution will be speedy unless they admit they broke it and agree to "unbreak it" for now. Even then, we would be foolish to trust that and probably would be in the same state we are now.
