                Unable to locate metadata for identity provider

So this can be an ambiguous error for those unfamiliar with ShibSP. What this could mean is that the idp metadata file you're pointing at isn't passing validation for some reason. Like if your metadata file has a "ValidUntil" data that is expired, it won't load it even if it can read and find the file.
