Shibboleth SP v 3.2.2.2 crashes randomly on Windows

A process dump would  be another good thing to get.  The symbols should be installed as a matter of course.

They are not since there is not useful way to use them every since Microsoft stopped distributing (and allow distribution) of the
debug run time library executables.
