Comprehensive documentation for installation of Shibboleth IDP 4 on Mac OS with Jetty 10

Hi,

I have just downloaded the stable release of Shibboleth IDP 4 on Mac OS with Jetty 10. However I find that there is a lack of documentation that shows how to install and use this application!

There is nothing available here: https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/home

Installation from that link above is sparse and says really nothing about how to complete installation of Shibboleth IDP 4 on Mac OS with Jetty 10.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
