DEPRECATED: Apache 1.3 module, please upgrade to Apache 2.4+

Another warning I noticed while upgrading. I’m using apache 2.4.51, and compiled everything from source (apache and shib and all the dependencies). I noticed here https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SP3/pages/2067398689/LinuxBuild that there’s a “--enable-apache-13“ option which I did NOT use. Is there some apache config I didn’t tweak to turn off something 1.3 related? Or do I need to explicitly do something like –disable-apache-13 during the ./configure step?
