Error installing OIDC Plugin v3.0.0

Hi all,

I updated the IdP from version 3.3.3 to 3.4.8 and removed the warnings
presented in the log file.
Then, I upgraded to version 4.0.1 and I corrected the warnings and finally
upgraded to version 4.1.0.
The goal is to be able to use the OIDC v3.0.0 plug-in.
In the wiki documentation, I verified that the OIDC Common Plugin as a
requirement.

I try to install the OIDC Common Plug-in with the command:

# /opt/shibboleth-idp/bin/plugin.sh --verbose -i
oidc-common-dist-1.0.0.tar.gz

And the following errors are returned:
