Julien,
I'm not able to support a distribution of Shibboleth that was created and
maintained by a third party and I certainly won't be as familiar with it as
they are. My understanding from reading threads on the users' list is that
there are multiple Docker instances to choose from, but they may all have
done things in their own way(like this), so I would advise you to ask them.
