Base 64 encoded certificates

Hi,

This info is important, I'm using the Docker SP container by UNICON.

It has keys and certificates as you said, but I need to configure both 
metadata and shibboleth2, on both SP and IDP, without being able to rely 
on those files as they would change everytime I build the image.

So I need to create separately all certificates, keys, metadata, 
shibboleth2 with matching data and replace default ones in the 
containers, right?

Are there any files I should replace too?
