I can assure you that
1.  I removed all of the warnings.
2.  I did an in place upgrade.

I'll take another look.

    Read the red box. You didn't do that, you did the thing it tells you not to do.

    Then read the section on Attribute-Related Changes and you'll see a yellow box that literally documents this issue as being a consequence.
