Shibb IDP upgrade from V3 to V4 at Diff Path

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade from V3.4 to V4.0.1. I am following the instruction as provided on shibboleth portal.
I have also  updated to JAVA 11, as mentioned as an requirement.

Shibb IDP is not installed at the default location. The location is under D drive:
D:\Program Files\Shibboleth\IdP

When ever I run the windows installer for upgrade, I am not asked for the path and I think the installer try to upgrade on the default location and then rollback.

How can I provide the installation location?
Are there any logs that can give me more details why the rollback is occurring?

Note: Instead of Jetty, we are using tomcat for deploying the war file in the webapps
