Use of the SP on macOS?

There are all of three ticks for macOS on the platform survey page [1], but I thought I'd ask for more current feedback...is anybody really still in need of the SP running on macOS at this point?

I don't mind maintaining it there all that much because it helps keep it running under other BSD systems, but the port seems to be broken again on Big Sur and "unofficially" supporting it by eventually trying to make it build is a bit different from actually treating it as an urgent bug.
