New to Shibboleth. Having a service stopping problem

Hi,
   I am new to shibboleth IDP. I have currently installed version 3.4.6 on
windows 2019 server running IIS. I have filled out the configuration
information as the shibboleth wiki has instructed me to day (provided an
IDPurl, selected to install Jetty, JV 8 as well etc).  The install is
completed successfully however, the Shibboleth Daemon keeps stopping.  I
have not configured it yet to provide identity services in the production
environment because I cannot seem to keep the service up and running.  Can
anybody point me to some doc's or info on common fixes for this issue?
