Login URL for authn/password

Hey, setting up a POC with shibboleth-idp and trying to hook into our LDAP server.

When I go to /idp I get “no services here” (fair) and I found the SSP SAML2 link pages for the standard flow logging in somewhere else and validating

But I’m trying to validate the LDAP configuration, and I cannot figure out how to get the login form?  I’ve found references to “going to the login url should produce the form” but nothing that (apparently) tells me the URL

Granting that I may have something misconfigured (nearly certain), what URL would I go to to get the IDP4 login.vm Velocity Template displayed and be able to test my credentials by hitting the ldap server?
