Suddenly all new metadata validation failing

It doesn't exactly correspond to the schema type it's complaining about, but I did realize that in fact there are schemas that no longer resolver online, the removed/deprecated -ad and -dc schemas from the old namespaces in the resolver that are gone now.

My speculation might be that we need to document removing references to those schemas. I could put the redirects back, but that shouldn't matter and remote resolution is always insecure anyway.

I'll do some experimenting, but since those schemas are unsupported by the code to begin with, the main thing to do immediately is not reference them in the schemaLocation in the resolver file(s).

So it may be that it is in fact a change we didn't account for.
