The IdP does not rely on external schemas unless you have corrupted files without the proper schemaLocation hints at the top of the files. Nevertheless, the locations that it shouldn't be accessing still exist. I would imagine the V4 release broke the behavior that it shouldn't have ever been relying on, but I have no idea why. The redirects are still in place to the schemas online.

That's not the metadata it's referring to, and the error is around the resolver, not metadata.
