IdP 4 beta-2: Manual creation of StorageRecords table?

Hello! :)

I am looking at the beta-2. In our federation/documentation we recommend 
to use a database for server-side storage.

I found that in beta-2 the StorageRecords table is no longer created by 
the IdP. So I get errors until I create it manually as documented here:

I suggest to include the information in the Release Notes - it is a 
change worth pointing to. (Or am I missing any point here?)
