Shibboleth SP v3 support for OpenID Connect

The SP supports two different methods of integrating with other code,
allowing to bootstrap an SP session from arbitrary other protocols:

Combining this e.g. with Hans Z.'s mod_auth_oidc is left to the
deployer, though. But maybe someone else here has wired this together
or written up instructions?
