The entityID is:

I looked again, and I actually have both the name and the friendly name set to Email, FirstName, and LastName respectively for the three attributes I am sending them. Along with the email address again as the nameid. As I recall when originally sending the email nameid and the standard attributes I got a 400 error. But I might be misremembering the exact sequence of events.
