Configuration for back channel attribute resolution (IdP v3)

Hi Rod,

The whole PrincipalConnector element is deprecated. From the log file:

2019-10-24 10:50:58,573 - WARN [DEPRECATED:118] - XML Element
'<PrincipalConnector>', (file
[/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/attribute-resolver.xml]): This will be removed in
the next major version of this software; replacement is c14n
