Shibcas and Shibboleth IdP 3.4.6

Hi Michael,

Just to provide some feedback regarding your previous messages below, we installed Shibcas 3.3.0 on our test Shib IdP (3.4.6) instance and everything worked fine.  The update instructions were easy to follow.

FYI, the main README for the Shib-cas-authn3 extension has been updated to note that one should always follow the README that is actually embedded in the Release for the instructions specific to that release. And the Release notes for the newest version now include notes on what to "remove/change" if you had a previous release installed.

But this release is now specifically for Shib IdP v3.4.6. The main README has the updated install instructions.
