InCommon seems to be a good fit for JOMI given the US dominance
amongst their current subscriber list. So that should probably indeed
be the next step for JOMI.

I can't speak for InCommon but for our (eduID.at) members we also
provide technical support at essentialy any level we're able to.
(I'm aware this wouldn't scale to the size of InCommon's mebership
without requiring significant resources.)
