IdP load test results

Shared Google doc is a draft report on load test of out Shibboleth Identity
Provider. I was asked to load test to provide confidence to the email team
that our IdP could handle the demand if our GAE instance were to rely on
the IdP for logins.

I would appreciate comments to enhance the usefulness or accuracy of the
short report, or advice on valuable changes to the IdP configuration or
testing protocol. Would it be useful to add these results to
